JET UK TOUR NOVEMBER 2006 Jet return to the UK for a series of dates in support of their forthcoming second long player, Shine On and new single Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is currently the Hottest Track In The World on Zane Lowes show on Radio 1. Tickets for the gigs go on sale on 17th August at 9am.
Coming off the back of four million album sales and six months developing their studio tans in the Hollywood Hills with Dave Sardy (producer of their debut album, Get Born), Jet return to active service with a blink-and-youll-miss-it, speed of sound 5 date UK tour, their first here since June 2004. Prior to this, they will touch down briefly to play the NME stage at the Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds Festivals at the end of this month before pile-driving their way across the States and Europe.
The band have garnered a formidable live reputation since they first appeared on the UK circuit in the summer of 2003. Their years spent honing their craft and set in their native Australia meant they immediately won fans from their very first outings on these shores.
