Shawn Mendes Premieres Official Video For Something Big

Island Records artist Shawn Mendes dropped his official video for his brand new single "Something Big" this morning on VEVO following his Kelly and Michael performance. Shawn then gave winners a unique experience by having them join him on a bus tour of NYC & taking part in an exclusive Q&A.

The video serves as an anthem to the world's youth as Shawn walks through neighborhood streets accompanied by close friends and new acquaintances - complete with alpacas, balloons, cheerleaders, and a high school band. The path eventually leads to a dance-off taking place in the middle of a high school football field, closing with Shawn serenading his new-found following in front of a backdrop of fireworks.

Shawn has scheduled the first three major-venue headlining shows of his career, to take place on November 15th at Best Buy Theater in New York City; November 26th at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles; and November 30th at Danforth Music Hall in his hometown of Toronto. All three shows are officially sold out. Following that, he'll be performing as part of the "iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2014 Concert Tour" in December. Shawn will also be direct support for Taylor Swift on her 1989 World Tour - beginning in May of 2015 (dates below).
