Review

It really is unbelievable that it is already 20 years since Bryan Adams performed this classic show at the old Wembley Satdium to a crowd of 70,000 people.
To celebrate this 20 year anniversary, Bryan Adams just released: Wembley Live 1996 on DVD.

On this DVD all big hits are there, which means it is not only essential for die hard Adams collectors but is also a beautifull dvd if you like pure rock performed live.

This DVD is packed with all classic hits such as: “Summer Of ’69”, “Everything I Do) I Do It For You”, “Can’t Stop This Thing We Started”, “The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You”, “It’s Only Love”, “Run To You”, “Kids Wanna Rock,” “18 ‘Til I Die”, “All For Love”, “Heaven”, “Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman” and many others!

This show sees Bryam performing at top level.
A nice add is the guest appearance of Melissa Etheridge on "It's only Love".

Bryan Adams performances are known for turning into a huge singalong party, which is also the case here.
This is what rock is all about.
I shure had a great time watching and listening to this DVD.
And i am shure everybody that watches this release will be having goosebumps.

It is recorded in 4:3, so no wide screen capture due to the era it was recorded. This gives the dvd some more vintage romance.
ovrall the show is very well captured from various angles and really gives you the feeling you are part of the crowd now and then.

Summing it up, this is a wonderfull release from one hell of a live performer.
The amount of documented hits makes rhis dvd a must have in your music collection to my opinion.

Did you know that?

According to lead guitarist Tom Morello the name Audioslave supposedly came to singer Chris Cornell in a vision.
