It does not take many seconds on this live Ep to understand that Vanaprasta is a band that stands out in the crowd. Their style that resembles a mix of Kings Of Leon and Incubus is incredibly exciting with cool rhythms and melodies all over. Love their debut "Healthy Geometry" from 2011, which in my opinion was one of that year's best albums. But think, however, they are slightly better live actually as they are a very organic band and handles their equipment with perfection.
This Ep called Spotify Sessions is a five track live EP released exclusively to Spotify's audience. Is impressed by the clear sound that is amazing and really gets out how good this band is live. Tracks like "Nine Equals Nine" and "Supernumerary" is magical and the only thing I can complain about here is that we only get four tracks.
