Review

With a bandname like that, the Chicago based Man Called Noon must have gotten their name from the 1973 Western film The Man Called Noon, starring Richard Crenna (First Blood, Rambo).
The band is Anthony Giamichael - Lead Vocals/Guitar, Dave Aitken - Bass, Josh Fontenot - Drums, Nathan Crone - Keyboards, Erin Piotrowski - Backing Vocals, James Manno - Lead Guitar.
I think they sound British to me, or more like a blend of Britpop and American indie rock. Their new EP opens with the title track "Everybody move" and the title says it all because it would be no problem to get people on their feet, dancing like crazy to this infectious song.
The second track "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" reminds a bit of Third Eye Blind, I dig the bass in this groovy song. It´s not as catchy as the opening track but I like it.
The last track is "One last ride", an Americana inspired tune that unfortunately feels like an album filler. I´m not saying that every song needs a chorus but this song sure do need a chorus.
Recommendable if you like Deep Blue Something, The Boo Radley´s, Scouting For Girls
