Review

Detroit based guitarist/singer Joe Jermano looks like he could be a member of Crosby, Stills and Nash but makes music that has more in common with artists like Beck, It Bites and Weezer.
The new EP "Dreaming in color" is Jermano´s 3rd release since the debut "All seems quiet" from 2014 and what about the music then? Well it´s slightly prog-ish and a bit quirky 90´s rock where the focus lies on inventive chord changes and harmonies rather than hit choruses.
"Dreaming in color" is not an album you use in shopping malls or elevators, these songs couldn´t be more misplaced because they need your full attention and it takes more than 3-4 spins to get into Jermano´s music.
Good stuff.
