Review

This is The Doors's final filmed show known of before Jim's death.

While being in the middle of the "obcenity" trial. it found the Doors falling back on the music that brought them together at a time when outside factors slowly causing the band to tear apart.

Jim was totally distracted those days and Jim being Jim, you never knew what to expect and he decided to narely move a muscle on stage which is odd to look at while this is a festval performance. He shows somekind of lack of interest. Still his voice is strong.

Somehow the lack of interest also includes some sloppyness here and there in the long stretched songs.

Nevertheless it's great to see this full performance and hear this classic performance on a DVD/CD combination undusted and remastered perfectly.

Conclusion: This Concert film footage is a milestone is music history being the last recorded live footage of Jim.

The film has a unique atmosphere with the red lights and is like you are in a time capsule traveling back to the 70's. A must have for those that collect everything The Doors did and for those that are music collectors in general.
