Chris Norman was a member in the millionselling band Smokie with hits like "Needles And Pins and "Living Next Door To Alice" just to mention two.
"Handmade" is Chris 16th album and there are no synthesizers, seqeuncers, drummachines or any programming just simple live in the studio with his band.
For those that are familiar with Smokie will recognize Chris hoarse voice. "Handmade" is an acoustic laid-back singer and songwriter album.
Ok, it would be stranger if there wouldn?t be any influences of Smokie on the album and yes there are lots of Smokie influences on this album.
I don?t understand why he does a soloalbum that doesn?t sound any different from the band that he?s in??
Because this sound way too much Smokie.
I think this is an uninteresting album that only may interest fans of Smokie or if you?re familiar with his previous soloalbums.
This was not a fun album at all.
