Artist discography

Norwegian power singer Jorn Lande is back with his 3rd solo album, the first album "Starfire" (2000) contained some covers and half the album his own songs while the 2nd one "Worldchanger" were a complete story of only his own material.
Jorn continues to give us powerful melodic hard rock in the Black Sabbath/Dio vein on this new album "Out to every nation",somehow I feel that his passion for sounding a bit like David Coverdale and Ronnie James Dio isn?t all that good coz he?s got his own great sounding voice which he should use a little bit more instead of imitating those living legends.
We who have followed Jorn knows his superfeel in singing on the 2 classics he did with Vagabond,Jorn doesn?t stay with the same band on his own solo albums because this 3rd time around he also has a new line up with Magnus Rosen-Bass of Hammerfall,J?rn Viggo Lofstad-Guitars and Stian L. Kristoffersen-Drums of Pagans Mind.
"Out to every nation" goes in the same direction as Worldchanger so every fan of mighty classic hard rock should really lay their hands on this new heavy effort.
The epic track "Vision eyes" stands out being the anthem I always love to hear in this type of music, the title track "Out to every nation" has some Glenn Hughes vibes over it and The opening track "Young forever" plus "Living with the wolves" could?ve been written with the Dragonslayer himself DIO.
If you?re a huge fan of this stunning voice of Jorn Lande-you should check out the Japanese version that includes the bonus track "Big".
You get what you want with this release,in my case I could wish for some more progressive tones from his days in Vagabond.
