Todd Rundgren - Liars

Kaj Roth Format: Album

Genre: Westcoast
Producer: Todd Rundgren
Artist discography

Professor Todd Rundgren?s first album in 4 years and with lots of sequencers, drum machines and computer made music he returns with quite a nice affair of pop songs, some of them westcoast oriented.
You could say that Todd is a man with a 1000 faces because he never makes predictable music, many of his albums sounds different from one to another and even if lots of his fans thinks his best work is with his band UTOPIA-Todd has released some really impressive stuff on his own too.
His involvement with The Tubes is the highlight of his career if you ask me,anyhow this new album "Liars" is a smooth story that will satisfy his fans but not firing them up........other music lovers can look away, maybe if you?re a die hard westcoast fan trapped in the 80?s-this one can be of any interest but it?s not one of those albums that never leaves my stereo.
Todd still makes smart music, maybe too smart for some of us?!

Did you know that?

Radiohead – originally known as "On a Friday", the band was given two weeks after signing to Parlophone to change their name. The band renamed themselves after the 1986 Talking Heads song "Radio Head" on the album True Stories, claiming it as the "least annoying song" from the album.
