Review

Mixed by the legendary John Hampton (who worked with Gin Blossoms, Big Tent Revival, Tommy keene and many more), you can count that it will be good, and the sound and production of the new album with Her Majestys Buzz is really good, and they deliver an album quite near the same garden as Icecream Hands and Teenage Fanclub. But I found it rather boring as there arent any really good refrains on the album to satisfy my melodic need. Its just well performed and nice produced. But I dont remember a single tune after Ive listened to the album. And there is not a tune I longing to hear again. So dont bother about this album. Its not bad. Just rather boring. And the main thing with powerpop is melodies. And theyre not on this album. Unfortunately.
