Review

This is a pleasant album,I knew about this band sometime ago and thought that their album would be released by a major label since they were shopping it around and the music reminds a lot of successful bands such as Coldplay,Keane and Travis.
Aeon Spoke has succeeded on getting their songs featured in movies (A Bride in black,What the bleep do we know) and the WB television series "Smallville" but getting their music out on major label seemed to be a hard nut to crack.
This album is co-produced by John Hiler (Liz Phair,Duncan Sheik,Smashing Pumpkins) so the production is hauntinly beautiful with this melancholic pop echoing inside the head.
?ON SPOKE is Paul Masvidal (vocals/guitar), Sean Reinert (drums/backing vocals), Evo (guitar) and Stephen Gambina (bass) and with a combination of members from Miami and L.A-they have managed to create a sophisticated, dreamy and vulnerable album that is available cdbaby.com.
Do yourself a favour and check it out, they deserve it!
