Review

Apparently this band Skys of fire have exploded onto the Sacramento music scene winning over fans and critics and that?s great coz they do so many things right, they deliver this posthardcore/metal with emotion and agressivity, they also write quite good songs and have a much suitable sound from the producer team of Pat Olguin (Papa Roach/Die trying) and Dave Dominguez (Adema,Staind) but it fails on one point........their singer Ian Lenzi who can?t hold a clear note.
His screamo vocals works a lot better than straight notes, but I know a horrible sing effect that I don?t like but works to get the note right and it?s called singintune, you all remember Cher?s hit "Believe" and right after the use of it became very popular.
Ian Lenzi should either work on his voice, use the singintune effect or the band should get another singer because to me,this band has something worth building on.
