Review

This is a the 2nd(I think so) Schenker-Pattison Summit album that Mascot will release. Like the first one The Endless Jam Continues is a album filled with different covers.
The band is Michael Schenker, Davey Pattison, Aynsley Dunbar(Journey) and Tim Bogert. This is a album filled with 70s hardrock/rock versions of some well-known songs from the past. Some of the songs that they deliver is Rock Steady, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Layla, I Don?t Need No Doctor, Wang Dang Doodle and I?d Love To Change The World to name couple of them. I don?t know who will buy this album maybe the die-hard fans of Schenker or Pattison but otherwise I don?t see anybody else buying this cover album. Ok, the coverversions are not bad but do we need another cover album, No I don?t think so. This is still lot better that the cover album Toto released.
The album was produced by Mike Varney and there is nothing to complain on, great sound. Jesse Bradman(ex-Night Ranger) is helping out with the background vocals.
If you own the first release then this is album you must have otherwise you can skip this one.
