Artist discography

Lonely Are The Brave is Jorn´s 5th solo album and once again he continues the melodic journey in the veins of Rainbow, Whitesnake and Dio. Yes, this new album is a nice guitar driven melodic hardrock album with a powerful sound that Jorn has created together with Tommy Hansen (Helloween, Pretty Maids, TNT).
The songs are ok but it would not hurt if Jorn wrote more songs with variation. The songs that stands out on this album are the ones that reminds more of TNT and Pretty Maids. The songs I´m thinking of are War Of The World, Shadow People and Man Of The Dark that all are really nice melodic hardrock songs with strong melodies.

Another highlight is the opener Lonely Are The Brave that is filled with strong riffs and a good chorus. If you think Jorn´s previous solo albums are good then this new one won’t disappoint you in any way. A few good songs but nothing sensational, just a very solid hardrock album. I don’t know if I need to mention that he sings outstanding through the whole album.
He´s got both power and feeling in his voice and lets hope next time that he can write more memorable songs. There are 2 bonus tracks called Stormbringer and Like Stone In Water only exclusively available on the limited edition in slipcase.
