Review

This Kentucky based band is a really cool nuclearpowerfactory. Imagine if Beck jam off with Red Hot Chili Peppers. Everything spiced with a nice cool retro vibe a´la Stones from the late 60´s. Yeah I said it was cool. The band is hyped in both England and the United States and the singles "In One Ear" and "Ain´t No Rest for the Wicked." have become succesful in the UK and minor hits in the US. Try to sit still to them... It is impossible. Damn cool band and a really good record! Listen to the "pianoplink" in the song "James Brown". That one is worth the entire disc.

Tracklisting 1. In One Ear
2. James Brown
3. Ain't No Rest for the Wicked (Original Version)

5. Lotus
6. Back Against The Wall
7. Drones In The Valley

There sure are som great tracks on this record, how about "soil to the sun", smart little rocker, got hit potential written all over.

Pär
good news as it is a great song.

"Ain't No Rest For The Wicked" has become more than a "minor hit" over here, it's been in the top 10 of the modern rock chart for a few months now.
