Review

Fall Out Boy tried to Save Rock And Roll in 2013, but did not, of course. The genre is dead, ask Gene Simmons!
The band is back with their sixth album, and deliver just what you would expect, nothing more or less. As always when it comes to this band, you always get some really awesome tracks, but also some more standard ones.
First single "Centruries" is the track that stands out the most with its stylish Suzanne Vegas' 'Tom's Diner' samples. A masterful track that shows how modern pop should be performed. Even "The Kids Are not Alright" and "Jet Pack Blues" are worth mentioning with their catchy and extremely melodic melody.
American Beauty / American Psycho is as mentioned a solid release from a band that probably had its peak purely commercial. But it will consolidate their position as one of the most successful American pop / rock bands on this side of the 2000s for sure.
A safe buy if you like what they have released before!
