Sweden’s hottest AOR-band are back with a brand new single called Beg Beg Beg. This is the first taste for the forthcoming 2nd album from these Swedish AORsters that will be released in April. This 3-track single was included on the latest number of Sweden Rock Magazine. This is a band that has high expectations from me after their marvellous debut album from 2008 (I gave it 5 stars). So know they have to prove that the debut album was not a one-timer and deliver a strong follow up. Well, I can say right away that you don’t need to worry because this new single shows that H.e.a.t knows how to deliver high-class AOR with huge hooklines and catchy choruses. Beg Beg Beg is a AOR-party rocker with Giant riffs with wonderful melodies. This is a song that took me couple of spins before it hooked me up. Tonight is up next and this was a song that never made it to the debut album and I can’t understand why. This is a freaking stunning AOR-song with awesome keyboards, brilliant hooklines and with a monster sing-a-long chorus with powerful background vocals. This will be one of this years best songs for sure and this song will only be on the single. Living In A Memory is also a brilliant AOR-song with a touch of Canada AOR a´la Honeymoon Suite and Boulevard. Kenny Leckremo sings outstanding and it’s a joy to hear him sing, what a voice. I can’t wait to hear the new album but this will do for now. This is 9 minutes and 30 seconds AOR-heaven. Get it while you can and if you can’t find it then check out Sweden Rock Magazines web-site at www.swedenrockmagazine.com Sweden’s best AOR band are back and they are on fire.
I couldn´t agree more, they have delivered three really strong tunes with great sound through the tracks. I am surprised (like Juha) that two of the songs on the EP won´t be on the full length album, because those two are truly amazing. I urge everyone to try to get a copy of the EP, since I have a feeling it will be a collectors item in a couple of years. H.E.A.T really created high expectations around the upcoming "Freedom Rock" album.
