"Can't Keep a Secret" is the second album by the Canadian pop punk outfit, Faber Drive. And it follows the same track as the debut album "Seven Second Surgery" from 2007 with a straightforward pop / rock sound in the vein of fellow Simple Plan and Hedley. A little difference here is that the synthesizers are more prominent and they've gone to a sound suitable for the dance floor compared to the stadium on the debut. However, I think they chose to hold back a little too much because it is only just half of the songs that follow this pattern. It gets a little confusing and feels almost like two different bands if you listen through the record. But except from that, there's some nice songs here like on the debut and if you’re into lightweight modern rock “Can't Keep a Secret” is worth checking up.
