New album Asylum in-stores everywhere on August 31st and is already receiving positive reviews. The NY Daily News' glowing review of the album stated that the band "strike the finest balance between speed-metal's impact and hard-rock's craft" and "finely weigh power and delicacy, catchiness and punch." Available only at iTunes, Amazon, and major digital retailers, the seven-song EP, produced by Adam Anders, acclaimed musical producer for award-winning smash hit television show Glee, features music heard in the wildly popular new Facebook game “Nightclub City.”
A widely recognized songwriter and pop-rock powerhouse, ZACPOOR has written with some of music’s biggest artists and songwriters including Damon Elliott (Beyonce, Pink, Gwen Stefani), Lindy Robbins (Leona Lewis, Demi Lovato), Nick Jonas, David Frank (Christina Aguilera, Phil Collins), Jess Cates (Nick Lachey, Backstreet Boys), and recently co-wrote the Jonas Brothers new single “Invisible.” Now developing his own musical career, ZACPOOR’s unique personality and individuality has been given a chance to shine blending his expressive and genuine mix of modern, structured rock and roll with catchy pop hooks influenced by singer-songwriters such as Bruce Springsteen, Phil Collins and Bryan Adams.

Despite the title of his new single "The Fall," soulful singer-songwriter Brendan James is definitely on the rise. After releasing his acclaimed debut The Day is Brave in 2008, Brendan, a native of New Hampshire, signed with Universal/Decca Records. Now, he is ready to release his self-titled sophomore effort on September 7th. He says of the record: " The album is self-titled because I feel like it's my first recording that really showcases the different sides of me as a musician. It's got everything from the mellow to the upbeat, to the somber to the unabashedly positive... I have a lot of different sides and I wanted to make sure my music reflected that." While the new album keeps the spotlight on Brendan's emotionally resonant voice and expressive piano-playing (the legendary Carly Simon describes him as having "a voice that can change the world"), he and producer Warren Huart (Augustana, the Fray) added in musical textures like synths, strings, and even drum loops to keep things interesting. The romantic first single "The Fall" is an excellent showcase of all that Brendan has to offer. The music video was directed by friend and actor Justin Baldoni, and stars Melissa Ordway of The Last Song and Melrose Place, along with Greek's Amber Stevens. Soundgarden's upcoming greatest hits compilation feels a little closer now with the official track listing and album cover revealed.
The album, 'Telephantasm' will be released in single disc and double disc format, as well as a DVD version with all of the versions
Soundgarden's upcoming greatest hits compilation feels a little closer now with the official track listing and album cover revealed.
The album, 'Telephantasm' will be released in single disc and double disc format, as well as a DVD version with all of the versions covering the whole career of the band and the two CD versions featuring the band's new song 'Black Rain'.
The cover features a wise looking dog standing in front of various ruins including buildings and a plane.
The single disc version is slightly different to the band's 1997 compilation 'A-Sides', with 'Hunted Down', 'Birth Ritual', 'My Wave' and 'Black Rain' all appearing on the new one, but not 13 years ago.
The album will be in stores on September 28.

Brian Eno has today release more details on his much anticipated solo album.
The album will go by the name of 'Small Craft On A Milk Sea' and will hit stores with various release dates from November 2 to November 15, depending on where you are in the world.

The album will go by the name of 'Small Craft On A Milk Sea' and will hit stores with various release dates from November 2 to November 15, depending on where you are in the world.
The album will feature the work of musicians Jon Hopkins (Coldplay, Imogen Keap, Tuung) and Leo Abrahams (Ed Harcourt, Bryan Ferry, Florence and the Machine).
The album will be released in three formats, including regular CD, collectors edition box set and a limited edition box set.
The Limited Edition box set includes the album on heavyweight vinyl and double CD, as well as a lithographic print packaged in a Birch paper covered slipcase with 'printed and foil-blocked cover and spine' (possibly so the government can't control what it's thinking).
The collector's edition box set is a little fancier. It involves a unique signed and numbered screen print by Brian Eno, a copper plate etched with the title and edition number embedded in the slipcase spine and everything in the limited edition box set.
Preorder all three versions now from bleep.com. The digital download of the album will be available on November 1 and comes with any of the three versions ordered.
As previously reported on Undercover, the album will be released through Warp Records.

Los Angeles based melodic rockers ABUSED ROMANCE have just premiered “Vaporize,” a new single from their forthcoming debut album, Shine. Like the album, “Vaporize” was produced by Justin Gray (Econoline Crush, INXS) and mixed by Randy Staub (U2, Alice In Chains). The band features Meir Yaniv (Vocals, Guitar), Amit Ofir (Guitar), Roy Chen (Drums) and Aetam Jakob (Bass). Amit (the guitar player in the band) and I grew up together and started playing guitar together at the age of 13.” Meir reveals. “Amit introduced me to Metallica, and from there I knew that creating and performing music is my calling. We formed our first band together at the age of 14 and co wrote songs. After becoming local L.A. club favorites, Abused Romance hooked up with Freeway Entertainment, which was formed by Russ Regan (former president of Motown Records), and general partner Kent Jacobs (Police, Kiss, Prince, REM) in August of 2009. Abused Romance have also revealed a new slew of tour dates that find the band supporting veteran Florida hard rockers Nonpoint. “Abused Romance live is a whole different experience than listening to the album. It is an amazing energy and love exchange between us and the audience, because all we see is people’s physical reactions, we feed off of that and push it back to them constantly throughout the show. We’re as real, as powerful and as raw as we can possibly be onstage to create truthful moments with the crowd. It feels like it is our purpose in life when we are up there” offers guitarist Ofir. The quartet will be releasing Shine,via Freeway Records/Universal Music Group, in the Fall.
