So here i am and im gonna tell you a little something about this amazin bands new album. So theres this band known as My Favorite Highway. Heard of them? yes no? well you should start to listen to them for they have this hott album out now called... "How to Call a Bluff". Yes thats right. a hott alnum :) (that means you should go out and buy it) lol. Well anyways. on this album are MANY great songs. one of the songs, Say So, look theres a link at the end of this post so you can listen to it!!!! well anyways back on topic. Say So is an amazing song with awesome lyrics that are super catchy and stick in your head and make you want to listen to the song over and over again! All of the Songs are catchy and super original. Plus not to mention that the guys are super cuties ;P lol. any ways what i am thinking about right now is that you the reader of this post should go out and listen to this awesomely awesome band and go buy the album cause that would be the cool thing to do!!!!

Wow!!!!!! I was at Forthangel's show in Maplewood, Mn. on Friday the 28th, and they were beyond awesome. So many fans came from all over (even 300 miles away) that the place was packed. Everyone was into the band. I am still hoarse. Love you guys, and great job.

My Favorite Highway’s rereleased CD, How to Call a Bluff, is song after song of sincere lyrics, great vocals, and catchy melodies. From the very first song, Simple Life, the band sends the listener a message about how “we all want something more than just the simple life”, a fact relatable to everybody. The music video for the band’s first single, “Say So”, can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWvY3Ym4Xtc . The fifth song in the album is yet another song with great lyrics about how “nothing’s bigger than love”. The song is very easy to listen to and will have the listener singing along to the chorus in no time. My personal favorite on the album is the song “Getaway Car”, which starts with a very addictive piano intro and includes one of my favorite lines throughout the CD: “Go on, get up, get out. Don’t even think about it.” The CD ends with another one of my favorite songs, “Steel City”, a song about the city of Pittsburgh. Overall, this CD is filled from beginning to end with great songs and refreshingly earnest lyrics.

***BASIST: TOO PLAIN, SIMPLE & FOLLOWS THE GUITAR THROUGH-OUT THE WHOLE ALBUM.
***SINGER: [IF YOU CAN CALL IT SINGING] IS HORRIBLE LIVE, PERFECT ON ALBUM??? YOU CAN TELL HIS WHINNY VOICE WAS ADJUSTED BY PRO-TOOLS OR OTHER VOICE ENHANCERS BIG TIME!

Great work, I've heard all of these songs in pre-production demo form and to hear everything in a full light is refreshing. From the lyrics to the music I find every bit of this album very appealing. BUY THIS ALBUM!!!
