This album was done with complete lack of recognition or compensation to the substantial contribution of an outside Lyricist.
It is still being sold illegally from their website.

Just googled Star*Rats to read reviews of this badass album, but I think there's an error on this page since there's no actual review of the album???

Everyone should go to youtube Hurt Locker-Forthangel and watch the video with Forthangel's son Sign's of Struggle which was written about the war in Iraq and all of the suffering. The song tells the story.

I just think that they should deliver what fans expect them to deliver. Creed got a own trademark and should stay with that in my opinion. Call it evolution or a step away from the original sound, but I think that Kurzweg did a better job and made them more original. Still a very nice album even if I complain a little :)

Do you honestly expect time to stand still for this band? This is just as much a Howard Benson product as it is a Creed product. Benson sure knows what level he is playing at.

I agree, not a classic Creed album. More hard rock orientated and also more "simple" songs than expected. I have to say that it's weakest effort so far, but still a nice album and so glad that they're back. Hopes that their next album will be stronger and more of the classic Creed trademark!

It's such a catch 22......knowing his talent is such that you know he SHOULD be bigger than he is, but on the other hand, reveling in the fact that he's "ours", "ours" referring to those of us hip enough and smart enough to celebrate his songs.....his music! There is something about mainstream success that takes a little bit of the specialness away.
