Thanks you for the review. You are spot-on. By the way-this was the SIXTH Sweet Comfort Band record. The first was "Sweet Comfort", released 1977 on Maranatha!Records. The following five records were released by Light / Lexicon. I know. I was there.- Randy Thomas

No Chris, none of us has a diploma in journalism since we all have ordinary jobs. This is our hobby so we're just music lovers with a platform called melodic.net. Don't understand why you're using the word journalist; none of us have said that we have that kind of background. And just look around the webb, almost all information is written by so called "coca cola - tabloid" journalists, bad or not? Probably bad if you're looking for scientific and well written information, but there's a huge difference between this and printed stuff. So try to have that in mind! Hi Par, editor in chief.
A retorical question to you: what's wrong with me thinking Ola (and now you) is a bad journalist if anyone is entitled to an honest opinion?
You say you've been writing for 20 years? I'm surprised Ola's english didn't improve during that time. there are at least 4 grammatical mistakes in his text and you editor in chief let it go through? I doubt he would have passed his journalist's bachelor here in the states. I even doubt any of you to has a diploma in journalism at all.

Hi Chris - nice language with F**k's and stuff. Very mature. Ola and I have been writing reviews together for 20 years now in various fanzines. His way of writing has always been "a personal sort of view" text. What's the problem with that? What is a proper journalist and a proper review? Everyone have a different way of writing and the most important is to deliver an honest opinion to the readers here at our site. In this case Ola think that the CD is worth 3 stars. It's better that you write a comment why the album is worth more than that. That is what the "add you comment"-idea is made for.

Ola, where the fuck did you get your journalist diploma?
A good journalist does research before writing things about an artist.
First of all Landberg is not swiss, second of all there is no neoclassical influence whatsoever on this album no classical scales are used whatsoever. But you wouldn't know since I doubt you can even play a blues scale on the guitar.
Secondly, a good journalist never writes personal opinions, good or bad. His task is o deliver information only.
You are a so called "coca cola - tabloid" journalist wannabe who probably failed all you exams at school. If I were to rate your writing skills, my brother who is 5 years old writes better than you! Maybe you shouldn't try to write above your skills when your mother tongue is not english. just a tip.

Guitarist and devoted Jayce Landberg fan

Have been following these guys for years. I love this new cd, but it really is nothing compared to their live sound.
Favorite track: Strangers in the Dark
The solos and melodies of this cd are tight and beautiful. You wont be disappointed if you grab this album. Just wish that it was on vinyl as well.
