I understood the review, WULTK. Everyone's certainly entitled to their own opinion. Mike, you're obviously as dumb as you sound because I was being fecicious in the way that I worded my "terrible writer" comment. Try looking up "sarcasm" when you go look up fecicious. For everyone who cares about the band (and the album), I think the album didn't do the guys justice. I mean, the producer was known for his work on such bands as Godsmack and Unloco... yikes! Is there really a worse band on this planet than Godsmack? No matter what he got paid to produce such garbage he should've refused, because nothing they've ever written shoud've ever been recorded. Shouldn't have ever left their practice space, truth be told. The Naive boys wrote great songs and always put on a great live show, and they were indeed humble, down-to-earth, and genuine guys. I was and still am disapointed that they didn't go farther than they did, but their selection in producer and record label made their beds for them. Unfortunate.

Kaj....Your reviews are generally right on the mark. Most albums I check out are ones you have scored 3-5 stars. Simply because you have a great ear... Ref the comments Still Naive. I am a musician in quite a well known band, and to be fair had a tape passed to me of these guys back in the Maverick days from a 'connected' insider. Basically Kaj, your right. These guys were that hardest of things for a band to admit...A Tax write-off (and I KNOW, I am speaking from experience :-s). Maverick knew this would not sell, and so... To be honest, I am surprised Mav let them retain the rights. Still, the Execs will have thought the revenue this would generate would be minimal so....NEXT!!! I thought their music was OK, but that was it OK. 2 stars is my review, maybe 2.5 pushing it. On the language matter. WHO CARES? Brendo, did you understand the review? I know I did. This is not a site aimed at "how to improve your english", but to be all things that us musicians and fans need from a Modern Rock/Pop webzine site, and it's FREE!!! KAJ...you and the guys at melodic, keep up the GREAT GREAT WORK!!!! ~Peace~ WULTK

Brendo! how can you possibly criticise anyone's grammar when you reply with a phrase like "Do you realize how terrible of a writer you are?" Dear oh dear, put your own house in order first.

I agree, my English grammar could be better and since this review is 5 years old. It wasn´t well put in words. But it doesn´t save this album from being boring.

Very good album, nice progressive influences. Takes several listens to fulyl understand the music. This is not mainstream and replaces worthless catchyness with musical depth.
