Minneapolis based 5 piece rockers Throw The Fight was voted as one of the top ten unsigned bands to keep an eye on in 2006 by alternative press magazine.
Their newest EP "The fire within" is an explosive affair of razorsharp metal riffs in a hardcore-like production but with clean and melodic vocals.
All 4 songs are upbeat and good but the opener "Left here" is the highlight here, TTF is a tight band that pull off some major cool grooves but the melodies in "Left here" are as strong as a grizzly bear.
Indeed a band with potential of getting big.

Aaron Fink and Mark Klepaski of the band Lifer quit the band to join a garage band called Breaking Benjamin who are known widely known and former Lifer vocalist Nick Coyle formed the band the Drama Club which features Ben burnley from Breaking Benjamin.
